We’re excited to see how Positive Grid fits into your creative space — whether it’s your home studio, jam session, or on-the-go rig. To ensure you get rewarded for your submission, please follow these quick guidelines:

What to Include

• Positive Grid Gear: Make sure your Positive Grid products are clearly visible.
• Well-Lit Setup: Use natural or soft lighting for the best look.
• You or Just the Gear: Feel free to be in the shot — or let your gear take center stage.
• Authentic, Unfiltered Content: Skip the heavy filters or effects — we love real, creative setups.

What to Avoid

• Blurry or Low-Quality Media: Please upload high-resolution photos or HD video (minimum 1080p).
• Watermarks, Filters, or Branding: Avoid overlays, added text, or logos not related to Positive Grid.
• Inappropriate or Offensive Content: Keep it respectful, musical, and community-friendly.
• Copyrighted Material: Don’t include music, images, or other content you don’t have the rights to share.

How to submit a photo or video with your review:

Step 1: Navigate to the reviews section on the page of your product (for example, Spark 2) and click the "Write A Review" button.

Step 2: Write your review and enter your email address. Be sure to use the same one as your Positive Grid account.

Step 3: Click the "Upload" button and attach your photo(s) or video(s) before submitting your review.

Step 4: Check your inbox for a verification email. If you can't find it, be sure to look in your spam folder.

Step 5: Our moderation team will review your submission within a few days. If approved, your photo and/or video will appear with your review and you'll receive your points!

Step 6: Keep an eye on your rewards history in the Positive Access portal to see when your points have been added.
