1. Eligibility:
The Spark LIVE Survey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of [eligible countries or regions, e.g., the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, etc.] who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Positive Grid and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins in February 2025 and ends in December 2025, with winners selected at random every quarter (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after this period will not be considered. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their survey entry within 10 business days following each drawing.

3. How to Enter:
Participants must complete the Spark LIVE post-purchase survey sent via email during the Giveaway Period. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification. Incomplete surveys or entries that do not comply with these Terms will be disqualified.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card (or equivalent value in local currency, subject to Amazon's availability in the winner’s country). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 10 days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, a new winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:

• Positive Grid reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.

• Positive Grid is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or failures in communication.

• By participating, entrants agree to allow Positive Grid to use their responses for research and marketing purposes, without further compensation.

• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy:
Personal data collected for this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Positive Grid’s Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Sponsor:
The Giveaway is sponsored by Positive Grid, Inc. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Amazon.

9. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants release Positive Grid from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
